  11. Most of my overrun errors (BTW, I cannot get rid of them despite having read 
  12. the FAQ's and done everything they say) occur in netscape, but almost never in 
  13. newreaders (even though I may retrieve alot of data from them at one time), or 
  14. even in WSFTP.  Why is that?
